As a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, Karmen helps to explore courage, shame, vulnerability and authenticity as well as identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. Karmen has exceptional experience treating a variety of issues that life might present as she served as Clinical Director of a residential treatment center program for thirteen years. She is highly esteemed by her colleagues and frequently called up to supervise and train other therapists in the skill and art of psychotherapy. Karmen believes in helping you find your true self, and be your best self through the pain and victories.
